April 1 = Great day!!

Well today is a new day equling a new outlook!! I started off so far on a good note I woke up weighed in just to see were I was for the new month and Im at 210.0 I have already made the plan to lose 6lbs for this month and to keep it off when it lost!! so that is one of my mini goals for this month im also doing a challenge with of the teams on one so this will help shape me up and get me doin my fitness again.

Goals for week 1

*cardio 10mins daily
*Drink 8-10 cups water daily
*track daily
