Building back up to it

I spent last weekend REALLY feeling ill. I came down with a stomach bug on Friday night, and spent most of Saturday and a good part of Sunday in bed. I was up on Monday, but was not active and did not go to work. My energy is still not 100%, but it's getting better.
I guess the good news with a stomach bug is that the last thing you want to do is eat. I've only started eating 'real' food (aka foods other than crackers, applesauce and ginger ale) yesterday, and I'm still a little cautious.
The challenge is getting active again. I've been able to go for short walks at lunch yesterday and today, but haven't been to the gym yet. Maybe tomorrow after church...
