Almost made it through P90X, 11 weeks completed

With 2 weeks left of completing P90X I developed some medical problems which required taking some time off exercise and having some tests done. I made it through week 11 and week 12 was really the last week with week 13 a rest schedule. I got the results of my tests taday and all is well and much less serious than suspected. I got the OK to go back to exercise, yay.
So, I did not get RIPPED this round but I did accomplish a lot. I did more than I thought I ever would. I was consistent, I saw my progress by feeling stronger and increasing my weights. My form got better and I was able to do more of the moves without modifying. The thing I did not do, however, was follow the food plan which is a big reason why I don't see more muscle definition. All in all, I am very happy with the results. Every time I completed a workout I felt more empowered.
So, this week and next I'm going to continue with cardio and yoga and take 2 weeks rest from weights as is recommended. I have also started the foodplan that I lost 100 lb. on again. I am already seeing results.
This round I plan to get ripped and back to my goal weight.
I'm very excited!!!!!
