Marching out of March and into April

April 1 st - time for some new goals. Weight hasn't changed much but I am not letting it get me down. I am upping my cardio to at least 60 minutes 6 days a week - I realize I need a day of rest. Everything else is staying pretty nuch the same - I think I will try to stay on the low end of my carorie intake and see if that helps. I will continue finding time to spark. Time to put away the bowling ball and pull out the golf clubs. Can't wait. Look out Spring here I come! Oh and one of my all time favorites gardening. Look out dirt - here I come!

    Good luck with your new goals. I think I need to "amp it up" a little too. Nice weather for it. I need to play in the dirt too, I have lots of plants that need repotted and some major weed pulling. Enjoy your day.

    Wishing you success this month.I love spring! Now that ist's time to be outside it will be easier to move more. My 3yo recieved golf clubs from his "Unca Don" It will be fun to watch Unca Don teach him this year. I invision yelling heads up a lot. emoticon
