Marching out of March and into April

April 1 st - time for some new goals. Weight hasn't changed much but I am not letting it get me down. I am upping my cardio to at least 60 minutes 6 days a week - I realize I need a day of rest. Everything else is staying pretty nuch the same - I think I will try to stay on the low end of my carorie intake and see if that helps. I will continue finding time to spark. Time to put away the bowling ball and pull out the golf clubs. Can't wait. Look out Spring here I come! Oh and one of my all time favorites gardening. Look out dirt - here I come!
