April 2010 Goals

My goals for April, 2010 are as follows:
1. Log my food daily and really work on staying within my nutritional limits. I do a fairly good job of logging my food during the week but I hardly ever log my food for the weekends. I need to log the weekends too because that is where I get off track. I also need to do a better job of staying in my ranges, especially on fat and getting more protein.
2. Strength train 2-3 times per week.
3. Do cardio/C25K training 2-3 times per week.
4. Eat at least 3 servings of fruits and vegetables daily. I know I need to eat more but I struggle to even get this many a day.
I think those are the main things I want to focus on this month, especially the food. I will try to make regular posts to let everyone know how I am doing.
