10 pounds!!! Woo Hoo!!

I hit 10 lbs today! So excited...I am not only dropping the weight, but finding I have a lot more energy to do stuff with my kids and try new things. Plus I am on schedule to reach my long-term goal weight right on time!
I also got in my 2 hr+ walk today & my legs felt great! Now they are a little tired (especially if I go up & down the stairs a bunch), but that is how they normally feel after a walk. Saw a lot of bikers out on the trail today (mainly men), a little strange since its the middle of the day on Tuesday. But it got me thinking that I need to get my bike & the kid's trailer down & checked over. Maybe we can even get in some biking before next week! Being from Minnesota we take advantage of this gorgeous weather when we can, since it could easily be cold & snowing right now.
