Ooops I'm a day late... been busy!
So week 3 of this crazy adventure I've embarked on is complete and I am absolutely positively starting to see the results, I can not deny that something is changing and for the better!!!!!
Last week I worked out 6 days, 3 strength 3 cardio, I ate close to BMR 4 days and kept my protein over 1.5g per kg for 6 days, so I am slowly getting into some sort of consistency with it. I am still struggling to meet my daily calorie intake, I seem to get to 1500 and can't push myself to eat any more than that, so sometimes I trick myself into having some more protein powder to make up the difference.
OK I know this is what you have been waiting for, here goes the results for week 3:

Waist (cm) 68
Hips (cm) 92
Thigh (cm) 88.5
I'm still up half a kilo (1 pound) from my original starting weight but I am down several cms all over and that is exactly what I am aiming for. I have 1 more week of the "trial phase" of this "diet" and I'm hoping that this weeks results will be just as encouraging. It's not nearly as hard as I thought it would be
