I'm not working this week so I'm trying to make the most of this opportunity to make improvements on the organization of my life. I know this will help me make better choices about what I'm eating.
I'm using Flylady's 15 minute plan with a timer. I've been doing the daily missions. I've also started working on a control journal and a calendar.
Making small lifestyle changes in how I keep my house is adding up just like making lifestyle changes in my diet has allowed me to loose well over 200 pounds and to maintain that weightloss.
I know the best is yet to be and that each day is going to be bettter than the last!
