New Week- new challenges

Okay, so Monday is my weigh in day...I showed 0.8 lb loss on the scale.
Now, I find it easy to encourage others and tell them not to get tied up to what the scale says..If you have tracked all your food ( I did) , met all your exercise goals ( and then some) it will show up eventually..Okay self, take your own advice!!
At least my motivation is still strong, I have good energy and am ready to keep this going into the new week and the new month.
April goal: Lose another 7.3 lbs. That will take me to an even 50. Which would be totally awesome, and about half way to my overall goal..Sounds reasonable. I believe I can do it..Dont' I
