my family and i are going to start a challenge for November. my daughter would like to lose 8 inches from her thighs; my 13 year old granddaughter is going to work on doing 20 pull ups in one minute; my son-in-law is going to lose 1/2 inch from his waist and i am going to 3 inches from waist.

these may sound ambitious but it can be done without sacraficing our health. it is not the number that counts it is the fact that everyone wanted to join the challenge.
