Breakfast and tracking

A big HUG your way for everything you do, DH, especially making me a healthy breakfast every day of oatmeal(steel cut) with whey powder and flax and cinnamon. Wow, what a power breakfast.
Do you eat breakfast my friends ?
What about tracking exercise and nutrition on a daily basis. Anyone have any suggestions for better and regular tracking ? What time of day do you do your tracking? What works for you?
