Time to Come Out of Hibernation

Spring is definitely here. The weather is beautiful and it makes me feel like a kid again. I found myself staring out the window today dreaming of feeling the wind of my face while riding my bike as fast as fast can be. So why dream right. I stumbled into the garage, found my bike, found the air pump, got it all ready to go, washed the spider webs off with the hose and took off!! It felt great! Now my bum doesn't feel so great. I think a new seat is in order, but it did feel good to get outside. Something we don't do nearly enough. Today made me feel like a bear just waking up for the winter, except my winter has lasted about 10 years. There have been little breezes before, wafting my way, and this may be just another one, but I need it to be my wake up call!
I set some goals for myself tonight -
#1 - make some daily exercise goals each night before bed for the next day
#2 - find that skinny person in the mirror everyday and talk to her - make her come out
#3 - Lose 20 pounds by my birthday in June
So here are my goals for tomorrow -
Climb 500 stairs, between my house and work, this should be simple, at my house, its 33 times up and down - 11 in the morning - 11 when I get home and 11 before bed, less if I take the stairs during work
Walk a mile and a half on the treadmill
And lastly - come back here tomorrow night and be brutally honest.
