49 days until the 1/2 marathon

I walked 9 miles today and burned over 1000 calories. Today's walk was very hard. I wore the wrong socks. I won't make that mistake again, plus I walked four miles late yesterday. I am going to make sure that I have a rest day prior to my long walk. All that being said it was truly mind over body today. I would NOT let myself quit! Yoga tomorrow. I will get my good stretch.

    Woohoo! Nice work! You aren't going to have any problem with you half marathon! It is amazing how a tiny thing like socks can ruin your feet for days, enjoy yoga today!
