I'm whining today because I can't seem to get past my recurring knee pain. I was doing the Jillian Michaels workout DVD, but all the knee bends were killing me. I could barely make it up the stairs at work. I actually had to use the elevator one day!
I'm doing the C25K program, but knee (as well as back and hip pain) are great de-motivators to continuing. I'm taking joint supplements, stretching, yadda.....maybe I need to adjust my pace more? Could I go any slower?! ugh!
At least I can still walk - yay! I will try to add in some yoga...maybe the additional flexibility will help. i think i can. i think i can.
