I have been doing good with my eating and exercising. My goal is to have an additional 10 lbs off by Memorial Weekend. I would be happy with 5 lbs. I realize that tracking my points is the true key to success. The weeks that I decide not to count are the ones that I normally gain.

    I understand and know what you mean. This week, after a slow last few weeks, I weighed, measured, counted, and kept track of my points....I lost 0.6. Not hugh but big enough to keep me happy and keep me going another week. there is something to tracking....good luck to you.
