got in four hours biking.
60 miles in 4 hours.

weighed in at 226 today. w00t.

did a few ab exercises. not all i wanted to do but ah well.

ended somewhere probably around 2200 calories. not sure.
got 1520 calories for sure and then i had a broccoli roll. who knows how many calories that has. so i estimated it at 700 calories.

struggled with hunger today. ah well.

other than that, not much is going on.
going to try to have an amazing day tomorrow with working out. we'll see.
