I think through 2008 and the beginning of 2009 when I first started this, at one point I got down to about 240 lbs. I quickly gained that back over the past year and was only 10 lbs. shy of my HEAVIEST weight (266). Since starting back up again, I have been feeling so amazing, as I've said before.
Last Saturday when I weighed myself, I was honestly shocked to see that I'd lost 4 lbs. in 7 days and at first was doubting whether the scale weighed me properly or not. I thought maybe it was the clothes I was wearing between the last time I weighed myself and now, etc. etc. but after weighing myself this morning, I finally accept it. Between last Saturday and today, I have lost another 3 lbs. 248 on the scale. I even stepped off, did a few things (checked my email, facebook, blah blah) and about 15 minutes later, went back and weighed myself again... nope, still 248. YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!!!!! I am SO excited.
I didn't work out yesterday :(. Man, I could not get up yesterday morning for the life of me! I ended up sleeping until like 7:15! Then, Bart and I had a date planned for last night (Alice in Wonderland!) so I didn't work out after work either. On top of that, we went to Red Robin for dinner and although I tried to make good choices, my dinner ended up being about 800 calories, which isn't TOO horrible, but I went over my daily calories by about 250 calories :(. That's ok though. That rarely happens and I the scale still said I lost 3 lbs this morning!
I just got done with my workout for today, now I have some running around to do. Gotta go grocery shopping, which I figure will burn some extra calories walking around the store. HAHAHA I think it's funny that almost everywhere I go now, I think about calories being burned. :p Speaking of which, I better get in the shower and go!! :)
