wowie i am a hurting girlie.
i am proud of myself for today.
the boys are all coming over tomorrow for fight night so i was cleaning all day. but i managed to also get in one hell of a workout.

i got in 4 hours biking. changed it a bit today. tried to do more intervals of speed since i am a slow fat biker. i also did it in increments of 35 minutes so i didnt have to do that last half hour, it was already added into my time. w00t!
also did my arm exercises but without the weights as i was doing the bike..

i also did a bunch of ab exercises and leg exercises.
and went up the stairs 15 times.

i weighed in this am at 227.4!!!

my eating has been ...okay. i got a smart ones pizza thing and had that and a milky way. i needed the chocolate. no, i didnt. i love milky ways. it was worth the 460 calories for it. (king sized. oh, and do they even make regular sized candy bars anymore?)

ended up at 2460 calories. oh!
the neighbor and her little one came by selling candy bars. the boyfriend decided to get a peanut butter one. so i took one square of it. he ate the rest. he isnt big on sharing but in this case it benefited me. i estimated the square at 80 calories..

i hope it didnt seem unneighborly to only purchase one. for my nephews, i gave money but couldnt take the candy. but i dont necessarily feel like i need to do that for neighbors.

oh. yoplait's red velvet cake yogurt is pretty good. made me want frosting though.

right so tomorrow everyone is coming over. i think i am making brownies or something. there will be a lot of people here so they need snacks otherwise they will be coming up and stealing my pudding or string cheese.
hope i can keep it together.
