Back in the game

Got back on the treadmill Wed. Did okay..Had a lot more energy than on Tues.
Had a great workout today. Finished my W2D3 of the couch to 5 k (c25K) session today..It was awesome! In fact I kept going until I hit 46 minutes ( 564 calories) not bad! Have a bit of residual rattling in the lungs, but coping okay.
Looking forward to a calm weekend at home , after two previous weekends away..
Food choices have all been healthy this week. I just realized that this week I have not been constantly thinking " when can I eat again" "what can i eat now?"
Dare I think I am finally "living" the good life? Its become just something I do?
Would THAT be awesome!
