After I lost 10 pounds I started to struggle to stay on the plan. A lot of my old clothes fit now and that's great. I'm looking for ways to get more motivated, so read a lot of articles and other people's posts, those seem to help me. I did two challenges and they were helfpul. Regular exercise is still not part of my life the way it should be but I'm getting out and doing the 5k and 10k walks, planning hikes and in the mindset of being active outside this winter which is a time I tend to hibernate. At this point I don't feel like I've overcome my bad habits - they're lurking right under the surface and ready to spring up at any moment. I'm eating healthy and drinking water, exercising some and taking it day by day, still tracking everything in the food and exercise trackers.
