Totally forgot!!

Thursday, March 25, 2010

I totally forgot I was supposed to weigh yesterday! Probably because I ended up going to work, and Wed. is usually my day off. So I decided I'm not going to weigh till next Wed. I should be off that day, after having worked 5 days in a row. I am on my feet the entire four to five hours that I work, so that should be some good exercise, too. ;) Lots of walking back and forth. Bending, stretching, pulling, too.

So today I'm just going to get dressed, skip school, get out the Bender Ball and play a little with that, then take my little fat dog for a walk. Which, by the way, is no longer QUITE so fat! Lily has lost weight, too, since the other dogs moved out and she isn't 'free-fed' anymore. Well, she sort of is--I fill her bowl, and it usually lasts a couple of days, then I fill it again. It's a very small bowl. ;) But I think she's eating less because she doesn't feel she has to 'compete' for food. And I've been taking her for walks. Not everyday, and not very far, but still more regularly than I was since I quit sparkppl last September.

So, ok, that's the plan for today--I'm rambling now, so I'd better get off this thing and get started! Hope y'all have a wonderful day! emoticon

Not sure what a bender ball is... lol...

Sounds like you have a great plan for the day. Lily must be happy that she's getting to go for her walks with you again.

Dogs are funny, aren't they? I noticed that my dog will eat more if there are other dogs around, and even when we have human company over for dinner. It's almost like he's afraid they'll eat his food if he doesn't wolf it down as quickly as possible. LOL. He also does this OCD thing when it's just us... I put his dinner down, and he circles the dining room table three times, stopping at his dinner dish each time, before he actually starts to eat. LOL. He's nuts. LOL.

    Have a fantastic day!
