Feeling better

Since I decided to take a 2 week break from the scale, I have been slightly less stressed. emoticon I have been tracking my food and exercise and I feel better! emoticon I did this once before and when I stepped on the scale and it was up, I forgot all about how much better i was feeling. I fell of the wagon for a few days because i was sooo dissapointed. Anyway, not anymore! Since I can't handle the fluctuations of the scale just yet, I decided to stay away from it for a while and keep exercising and eating right. emoticon emoticon
