Can't believe it's almost April!

Well I haven't posted a blog in awhile so here I go! Life has been good but busy my husband left for Haiti on Sunday I thought I would do horribly but so far my days have been great. I have my 3 kids ages 8,5, and 3 and in addition I took on a 12 year old girl because her mom is also in Haiti. I was very worried about it but we are doing very well!! I have been staying plenty busy but it is still hard to not even be able to talk to him :0( Anyways I haven't worked out in 2 days nor did I record my calories and I stepped on the scale this morning expecting disaster and was down 2 lbs since my Fri weigh in it's crazy though I do have my eating pretty under control and I know I ate good stuff even though I didn't count it. It does help a bit to know that I can do it even without counting every single day!! I went for a long walk today with a friend and it was great to be out in the sunshine!!

Just loving life and praising God for the success I have had so far and the success I know I will continue to have!! Starting our Ladies Bible study up again tonight and very excited about that also scheduled my 30 lb loss haircut today YAY!! Have a great week everyone and if you get a chance send up a prayer for the team that is currently in Haiti helping to rebuild and reaching out to the people with the gospel!! Thanks and have a fabulous week emoticon

That is so nice that your husband went to Haiti to help out and that you are helping out a child from there. I'm sure it is tough without him. You are doing good so far. Just keep your faith and all will be well. Great job on keeping on track and making the right food choices without tracking. Thats what SP is all about. emoticon emoticon emoticon
