Today I hit the 100 pound mark. I'm so happy and excited for all the new opportunities I have allowed myself by losing this weight and getting healthier. It's not all about the numbers but about how many more things I can physically do. I would like to do something nice for myself but I am undecided on what to do. Any healthy suggestions
Way to go, Jessica! That is wonderful news ~ I am so happy for you. A new outfit is a nice idea but hopefully you have bought some new clothes already. I imagine yours are falling off. I would go with a new hairstyle myself. I cut my hair when I lost a large amount of weight and it really made me see just how far I had come. 3866 days ago

A hundred pounds....you dang well better do something nice for yourself. How about a healthy cooking class, a dance class, tennis lesson....something that instills the things you're incorporating...but something you'll enjoy, too. Heck, I love massages. You're definitely deserving of a two-hour whoop-de-doo massage, in my opinion.
