I made it over 15 miles on Saturday. YEAH! 217 minutes , so slow! 4.2 mph, even slower than usual.
The weather was coolish, mid 40s starting off and 50s when ending-overcast.
I had my normal breakfast.
This time my clothes and equipment changed!
Short sleeve running shirt with cotton jacket.
Long underarmor pants.
FUEL BELT! Yeah water to drink.
Graham crackers and candies. This was not sufficient.
Overall this run was okay. It was long though! I drink almost all of my 4 bottles x 8oz per bottle. Other than the distance it wasn't really all that memorable. I did pass by 3 banana peels though. I did get passed by one runner he was going so freaken fast, unlike me :).
Overall, not much to report. After the run I ate a lot of bread, it was great!
