The work day is done, and I beat the stress by not overeating! I also exercised for 30 minutes this morning before work! Rejoice in the small victories of the day! I hope I can replicate this tomorrow! I have lots to do at home before my daughter and grandchild visit on Wednesday! I am feeling stressed because of silly chores like vacuuming and dusting that only I will notice! Yikes..OCD is not fun! I hope this does not send me into a tailspin when I have resisted the urge to overeat and indulge in sweets and breads for the last 10 days and dealt with work related stress well!
Congratulations on staying with the program even under stress. I know what you mean about the OCD. I know I worry about vacuuming and dusting before people visit and I don't thank anyone else even cares. My work day was stressful, too, but I also avoided eating to calm the stress. I ate my packed lunch from home and turned down an invitation to go out to a high calorie place to eat. You are so good to exercise in the morning.
