Switching Fitness plan, again.

I've had to switch my fitness plan several times since joining SparkPeople. I'm looking at this as a good thing since every time I've switched it I have either added more Cardio days or increased the length.
Today I wore my new heart rate monitor & went on a 2 hour+ walk. When I was finished it said I had burned over 1000 calories!!! This is a little nuts considering my previous Cardio plan had burning about 1200 per week, so I figured it was time to change my plan. For the last few weeks I keep getting the message that I have gone over my weekly calories burn & should switch my plan thus switching my nutrition intake.
I keep worrying that I am doing too much too fast, but I feel great. I will admit my legs don't appreciate me going up & down the stairs a bunch after doing all that walking, but otherwise I really have more energy. I hope by switching my Cardio plan around this time I can push myself even a little more (plus as a bonus I get to eat more food!)
