A Ford F-150?

We met my mom last weekend to drop off my son for Spring break. In our usual fashion, we met at the halfway point and ate lunch together. It was as normal as any other time we've done this. This weekend we picked my son back up and spent the day at home. Its funny what kids will do when they don't want to go to bed. Tonight he was all moping around and acting sad. I asked him what was up and he replied that he was sad about something my step-dad said about me. Not thinking twice about it, I asked what he said. Well, apparently, I look like I ate a Ford F-150 pickup truck. I know my weight is going up. I can feel it in my clothes. I can see it in the mirror. And the funny thing is, I've been working out consistently for a month now and the weight still seems to be piling on. I'm just down and out. I get motivated for a week or so, do really good, then it just falls to the wayside. Its been a pattern for a long time now. I don't want to look like I ate a pick-up truck or anything else that's huge. So now what?
