Fat suicide: day 15

Week 2 complete, and I'm fit and well! It's great not being sick, was able to exercise properly 4 days last week with a bonus night of dancing to mix it up emoticon

The second week didn't seem to be quite as tough balancing out my nutrition with the added protein, I think I may just be getting the hang on this.

Results for week 2:
Weight (kg) 60
Bust (cm) 85
Waist (cm) 69
Hips (cm) 92
Thigh (cm) 90

So as you can see I have gained 1.5kg (3.3lbs) in the last 2 weeks since starting this fat suicide, yet my measurements haven't changed, hopefully this is an indicator that I am increasing my muscle mass. Well I'm half way through the 4 week trial, so far it's going OK but I know that I need to bump up my strength training to maximise my fat burning so that my measurements start decreasing, so wish me luck, that's the project for this week.

    Hi T, you doing great!
    I have slimmed down since I began weight training but haven't lost weight.
    It is true - muscle is heavier than fat for sure.
