Not really Sparking

For me following SP is tracking my food and exercising and doing weight training. So in that sense I haven't been sparking for a while.
I'm trying to quit playing computer games though. In fact, I have quit playing computer games, and if I can go one year clean then I am rewarding myself with a yoga retreat. So I have been accumulating SP points by doing stuff as an alternative to computer games.
I'm managing to stay in the 150s, and my husband started doing yoga with me which is phenomenal. Spring is almost ready to spring and I've started growing some plants indoors to get ready for gardening season.
I would still love to get down into the 140s, and I would really love it if weight training became a regular part of my life, so I guess I'll keep blogging and reading and taking polls and see if that gets me back on track.
