My personal biggest loser 1 week challenge

Last week I took a day off and hung out at the gym almost all day. I concentrated almost exclusively on my fitness goals as if I were a contestant on the ranch. I think the biggest things I learned that day were

1.) I really love working out. It is a great feeling both mentally and physically to have worked out fully.

2.) I have more time to work out if I make it all intentional. It is nothing to throw on an extra 20-30 minutes to each workout. Nothing explodes at home, my children don't forget my name, everything is just fine.

3. The kids love to go to fitness class to. The YMCA has a class that my kids and I can do together and they love it! It is great to model enthusiasm for fitness for my kids.
