Hello All

Yesterday I got on the scale. 50 pounds gone. WOO HOO. I had 100 pounds to lose and I am doing it 25 pounds at a time. When I hit my first 25 pound loss I got a pedicure. With this 25 I am going to by some new pants. My pants are getting so big : ) I am hoping I look better when I get some pants that fit.

When I started this 100 pounds seemed so intimidating. And a few SparkFriends helped me with the idea of breaking it up like I am. I know losing the next 50 is probably going to be a lot harder than the last t 50. But i'm ok with it because I feel like instead if climbing up a hill I feel like now I'm going down 50 49 48 47... Does that make sense?????

My big motivation now is summer coming. We have a pool and its pretty embarrassing when its 90 degrees out and your the only one not swimming because your to embarrassed to put on a swim suit. : ( I am swimming this year : )

Thanks to all who have helped me along the way. I just love this group effort. It makes it sooooooooooo much easier. emoticon

I hope every thing is going well with all of you.

Have a great weekend!!
