Yet Again Another Weigh-In

Friday, March 19, 2010

Well, I just got done with my weigh-in for the week. It was the first time I had been on my Wii since last week when I weighed in. emoticon On the other hand I have done a lot more cleaning around the house than I normally do. The downside to that is I didn't feel like working out b/c most days I was in the bed or on the couch after cleaning for short spurts. Some how I managed to lose 0.9lbs this week. It brings my total loss to 16.4lbs. emoticon I really thought I was going to gain at least 2 lbs. I started a new medication, haven't exercised on the Wii, am still cutting back on my smoking....I just knew there was going to be another gain.
On another happy note I went to a hockey game last night with my hubby, my mom, and some friends. I was smart this time. I took my sunglasses and my earplugs, lol. Needless to say I still felt horrible afterwards, but it was great to go to the game. It was the first one my mom and I had ever gone together to. I loved having her on one side and my hubby on the other seeing them smile and laugh. My mom who hates a camera, even wore one of my husband's jersey's to the game (which completely drowned her) and she took a picture with me after the game. emoticon
More good news I got a job interview set-up in two weeks for a job I applied for about a month ago. I got the call this morning. I hope that turns out well. emoticon
Oh more good news (God has just blessed me this week)...we went and saw my hubby's surgeon and they are going to send his paperwork to the insurance company in a week. We should hear something back from the insurance company in 2 weeks to 2 or 3 months so we can schedule the surgery date. My hubby was not happy to hear 2 - 3 months, but at least we got all of his stuff done up to this point. Soon he is going to look like this... emoticon
Well, I have to go lay back down. Hope everyone has a great weekend. emoticon
