Time to try again

Well its been a while since I have been here. I gained all the weight back and then some due to finnaly quitting smoking and of cource going through menopause. Dont know where to start at I am so tired that I can't seem to think straight.I am lucky if I get a full hours of sleep a night. It's killing me to say the least. Depression has set in with a vengance. I have days wben I just want to give up I am so tired of trying.

    Welcome back! Spring is here. Let it be a new beginning for you! Try to get outside when you can and take a walk in the sunshine. I'm struggling with so many peri-menopause issues. I just do my best to make healthy food choices and I exercise everyday. Exercising is my stress reliever and I just feel so much better when I'm done. I'm lucky if I get 5 hours sleep a night.
