I've been a bit spotty with my weigh-ins over the past few weeks, as I decided to get back in the spark groove before officially keeping track. I figured I probably wouldn't lose any weight and would be happy to just get the fitness and nutrition pieces of this puzzle back into place first. (Just how deep does this skepticism about whether I can loose weight run?????)
Well, my body has other ideas. I am down 1.5 lbs since 'restarting' my spark routine 3 weeks ago - right on track with the 0.5 lb per week loss I had 'planned' for and the same rate I was able to achieve for the first chunk of weight. This has probably been the easiest weight I've lost yet - mostly cuz I just wasn't paying attention to it.
I guess this should remove any doubt that I still had a bit more to lose.
I hesitated to change my ticker as it isn't my 'official' weigh in date, but I don't have any reason to think that this is a fluke - I have been eating 'normally' - in fact a bit more than before, as I was worried about going too far below my BMR requirements. So.....I have logged the loss, and find myself *gulp* 1.5 lbs away from my goal weight....about 4 weeks earlier than expected.
Honestly, I feel kinda weird about it....I think it's shock!
