Week 3 Weight Watchers

I had less than a half pound loss this week. After such great losses the first two weeks I shouldn't be that disappointed but I am. Today I kind of feel like I did all this deprivation without much in the way of results. On the other hand, I do realize I'd been having a real problem with overeating and portion control but I'm taking steps to improve. And if I had continued to eat like I was eating I'd probably have kept gaining.
I realized this week that my attention span for a diet is about 2 weeks. I still stuck to it but I think I got kind of lax in the estimation of my portions.
