Ok... second week still holding at 17 pounds lost. But I have lost a few inches during the stalemate on the weight... so that keeps me motivated. Ok... I will admit I'm a bit disappointed... but I'm not letting it get me down.
I've been walking at lunch. Walked around the mall today... harrassed by security guard... he said that the mall doesn't like people walking around the outside of the mall because they don't want anyone to get hit... I told him he was the only one that almost hit me and kept walking.
Plus doing 100 somethings throughout the day. Yesterday 100 calf raises from step... today 100 wall pushups.... I need to find something easy to do at work for tomorrow.... and do something everyday.
I'll my Slim in 6 Ramp It Up workout as soon as I get home tonight!
It's not easy to fit everything in... but so far I'm making it work!
