I am terrified today

Wednesday, March 17, 2010

Hi sparkers, I have a confession to make, I have not exercised nor have I stayed within my calorie range since sunday.

Today I am up I have not gone into or near my kitchen because I am afraid of what I might eat, it is now minutes after 10am and I still have not eaten because I don't trust myself.

I really have to get back on tract today because May 2nd is my birthday and I need to be under 200lbs even 199.9lbs and I will be fine but I can be 200 at at all.

I just hit 199.8 a few weeks ago...first time in over 15 years...YOU CAN DO IT...and it feels so great when that number 2 GOES AWAY!!! I also had a birthday recently...I'm old enough to be your mom (56), but believe me...at any age...those milestones are amazing.

So, I'm pulling for you. Go for it...small goals are good...

HAVE A GREAT DAY! We're having an amazing spring day here in Pennsylvania...

Just turn it around, and as said below, "it's in the past". I can tell you easily, but I'll beat myself in guilt when I do it and then just throw it all away. I had someone say, "if you're going the wrong way down the street, do you continue to go the wrong way or throw a U-ey? Pull the U-turn and get back on track" You got it! Or similar scenario, you slip, do you throw yourself down the rest of the flight?

It's in you, no doubt. You will lose the weight by your Bday, but don't stress that you "won't". Don't give it that energy! You are beautiful right here right now and you have it in you to make the changes you are choosing. You're in control, even against some tough ones form your husband?! I can relate there too,

I am sorry I missed this one. That sounds like an aweful feeling. I find tracking everything I eat the day before takes a lot of pressure off.

It takes a lot of planning, but it works.

On your birthday, you will be beautiful.

    XOXO

Hello be encourage! What you have done-That's in the past. Move forward and plan your food and exercise tracker ahead. You must have breakfast to start off your day good, or else you cannot perform well when come to do exercise..I can tell you from my experience, I fell off many times but I had to pick myself up with God's help on my side and He will see you through! emoticon

Saw your update Rhea...glad to hear you've got yourself under control. :) You are more powerful than food. You control the food and NOT the other way around. :) Praising God for your success!!!

Sit down and track out what you are going to eat first. Then go to the kitchen and only take the tracked food. emoticon

Sorry you are having a rough go of it. When I have cravings like that, it is best for me to keep busy. I will get up and get out of the house. Walking or doing some errands, anything to keep my mind off of it.
As for exercise, the more you do, the more energy you have to do more. The less you do, the harder it is to get back up and at it.
In the end, it really is all about you and the decisions you make today.

what is it in your kitchen that is tempting you to eat so badly? if its chips, throw them out! if its candy, throw it out! i know some people may nor agree with it, but if its tempting you to eat it, it shouldnt be in the house. if thats not an option for you, then put it out of your sight. put it in the pantry where you cant see it, and will be less tempted to eat it. if you dont have anything healthy to eat, go to the store, stock up on some healthy stuff, and eat that! you can do this! self control is so hard sometimes, but we're all here for you and know you can do it! good luck!
