10. Makes me aware of what I'm eating
9. I have stopped eating my grandsons left overs
8. I have stopped eating left overs as I put food away.
7. I have stopped snacking as I cook.
6. I have learned to like salmon
5. I can see the nutrients I'm getting
4. I can see the nutrients I'm lacking
3. I now ask to have 1/2 of my meal wrapped to go before I'm served when we eat out

1. I am losing weight
