The last two days after I have finished my walk I have just been starving! I'm done at 2:30pm so its that in-between time that can be tricky. So far I've done ok by eating something that was higher in protein so I don't over eat, but if anyone has some good tips on either what to eat before or after so I don't feel this way would be great. I should mention I do about an hour of walking usually going about 3.5miles, outside.

Other than that I am loving this early Spring! Daily walks, the scale number is creeping down, my daughter is having less problems at school, & its almost dry enough to play outside. Woo Hoo!

    I learned that often times when we feel that we are "starving" it is really our bodies tell us we are getting dehydrated. Knowing this, I have tried drinking a glass of ice water and wait 15-20 minutes. If i am still hungry, I go for a hard-boiled egg or some fruit or veggies. Then again, I am still working on this whole thing too! Good luck!

    Wish I could be more help. I think the protein is the best idea. If you have some veggies all cut up to eat when you come home from your walk that might help. Don't ignore drinking enough water.
