Good Morninggg!!! feeling really good today, sparkies!
i started a new supplement today. SuperPump250. and i'm lovin it so far!
got up at 6:10 and made the pre-workout drink.. took it 30 min prior to lifting.
got to the gym and did chest and tri's.
i'm starting to increase the amounts of weight i'm lifting and it's got me very excited!
i had my protein shake after i was done strength training and did 45 min of cardio.
came home and had a 1/4 c. hot oat bran with 1 c. raspberries.
i've drank about 4 liters of water already and it's not even 9 a.m. yet! lol
feeling really good and i'm excited to see where i can take my strength training, and where my strength training can take ME!!!
i don't work on wednesdays and so tomorrow i'm going to get up early and do shoulders/legs and prolly 30 min of cardio. and then i'm meeting one of my best friends for lunch and i can't wait because i haven't seen her since november, when she had her baby. :)
anyway, just wanted to get a quick blog in. i also recorded my measurements last night and ayyyy what an eye opener. but whatever, i'm workin on it and i'll make things happen! still got half the month of march to tear it up!!! hope all of you are having a great week so far!
