Great day for a walk

It was a great day for a walk, well it would have been nice to see the sun after a week of rain, but otherwise it was nice out.

While walking, I realized I only have about 11 weeks to lose 25 lbs if I want to make my first goal!? That pushed me to try to walk faster & get a greater distance in before I had to return to pick up my daughter. While that 25 lbs is not totally unobtainable, it is looking like I might have to be happy with reaching that goal a little later than I had planned. For right now I'm going to keep focusing on trying to reach that goal, but as the date nears I might have to adjust it some.

    You have been walking a LOT lately! Way to go! Set a couple smaller goals that lead up to your big weight goal date. That way if you have to alter the date you can be proud of your accomplishments so far!

    Even if it takes a bit longer than you had hoped, any downward movement from the scale is good. Keep on doing what you have been and eventually you will make it.
