Long time no write

Hi there, hope this finds you feeling healthy and motivated. Been extremely busy at work and church and had family sickness (flu, bronchitis, etc.) so have been doing just the basics on SP. I'm starting a new streak tomorrow, going to exercise at least 10 minutes every morning and my son is going to track me on the calendar. It's so hard when I get home late, but you guys know all that sad story as well. The days are longer now (and warmer, yay!!) and I will be able to walk more now and I am SO looking forward to it. Got Bob Harper's audio book and will plug it into the car in the morning for my 30 min. drive to work--should be a lot of motivation there. I LOVE him and Jillian!!
