Nowadays, I rarely bother to log my foods, it just seems too much hassle!

I don't like the idea of being totally reliable on something (such as this site) and as this is a pattern for life, it would be ridiculous to think I had to record my food everyday for the next 70 years (ok, 70 years maybe wishful thinking, but I think my point is made!)

That said, I did want to know what I did to myself yesterday, so this morning dragged all the packaging out of the bins to log it all.

Wouldn't you know, I went way over!
I know that generally I stick within my range (although a few days this week, I have been so ill I barely made 500 cals, but haven't got off the sofa either, so it all balances out!)
Yesterday, I had 1900 cals...I don't think I have ever taken that many in my life! (my range is 1200 to 1550)

My carbs and protein were nicely dead centre....fats, max is 60.
I don't track my sodium, but I am sure that was way over too!

Guess I just needed to have a blast for one day!

That said, I have been inspired today. Loads of rest yesterday has resulted in a rejuvenated me, having a good breakfast and working out today!

Hopefully an end to the sickly blob vegging on the sofa all day and a return to what I had just achieved when this darned cough hit me!

On I go!!
