Hello Spring!

The rain has ended & the snow is almost gone!!!!

Its hard to believe it is still the first half of March & almost all our snow is gone! Living in Minnesota you get us to having snow around for Easter and sometimes even into May so for it to be gone this early is crazy.

I even put boots on the kids (and myself) & went outside for a couple hours to let the kids run around in the fresh air. After a week of rain, it felt good to finally get outside. Part of going outside did mean some messy kids. My son must have thought that God put the puddles there for him to jump & play in, because I think he jumped in every puddle at least twice. I have some messy laundry to do, but it was worth it.

I was so ambitious that I decided to break up the remaining snow so it can melt faster. I am hoping that by the end of the week all the snow will be gone & the ground will be dried out enough to be able to play outside without boots! A yard without mud...what a wonderful thing that will be.
