Saturday Gratitude & Abundance

Saturday, March 13, 2010

I am grateful for:

- deciding to push for that workout today- even if it was 30 minutes- I did it - and I had a nice sweat! (Jillian's Last Chance Workout)

-deciding to cook myself a healthy version of one of my fav all-time Jersey Shore (not the show!) delicacies SAUSAGE & PEPPERS! IT ROCKED! Only 4 points!!! WOO HOO!!!

-Weight Watchers!!! The recipes, support, education and women are great!

-my mom- she is my SHE-RO and her patience PATIENCE and unwavering support with me has made me a better and stronger woman than I could have ever hoped for. Happy Almost Birthday Momma!!!

-deciding to stay in this evening & telling honey to "go on"- I need some rest & just me time...even if it involves Twilight & Sookie Stackhouse - hee hee

-my besties for listening to me and putting up with my random mood swings. Such a CANCER!

-my books. They nurture and accept me! HA! And they help me imagine what I normally wouldn't.

-my spirituality and foundation. It is my rock- I need no instruction just me and my Knowing-ness.

-music. It heals and soothes and inspires.

-for tomorrow already! It's mom's birthday and on the menu is family brunch, Alice in Wonderland 3D & my lil' bro playing at Mompou. YAY!

-for arguments & disagreements. They clear.

-for tears. They heal. They remind. They point arrows to the areas that need tending.

-for my SP crew.!

Such a truly wonderful expression of gratitude! Helpful to acknowledge all the wonders in our lives we have to be grateful for regularly....Great job on getting in some exercise, making yourself a healthy recipe & giving your body the rest it needs tonight.

Happy BD to your mom as well...

    BTW, love your background.... emoticon
