Changing It UP a Bit

Nutrition
1200 - 1550 calories
I finally adjusted my calorie range and it comes out that I should have between 1200 -1550 calories a day. It's somewhat lower then I was at, and I'm hoping this will help kick start my weight loss again!
Today I'm at 1165 calories so far, and with a snack later on (maybe), today has been good!
Fitness
Cardio and STRENGTH
I think I became too comfortable with my walking - either outside, treadmill or Walk with Leslie DVD. I'd throw in some strength whenever I could or whenever I thought of it. After reading a bit, I've found that maybe I shouldn't be ignoring it too much. For the next while I'm making a conscious effort to making sure I "just do it".
BLOGGING
This is still on the bottom of my list...both because of time and because...well...I really don't have anything exciting to say and sometimes I feel like, who'd ever want to read about me. Sometimes I'll type something, and then never even post it. I really have to work on this one!
Don't get me wrong, I love, love, love reading your blogs, in fact I think sometimes one leads to another, then another and you pretty much know what I mean!
Now that I've mentioned a few of the things I'd like to shape up on, I'm hoping it doesn't back fire!
