Weigh-in day!

Well, today was weigh-in day. I gained 0.6lbs. I think it came from a lack of not working out everyday, eating more sweet stuff, and me cutting my smoking back. I have gone from one pack every day or two to one pack in four days. (I still have a few left so that might turn into five days.) I am still happy b/c I did the best I could, besides eating more sweet stuff. emoticon I will have to try harder this week! emoticon Under 200lbs here I come! emoticon

    Your attitude will take you far. Don't let the scale defeat you. Just focus on eating in range and burning the necessary calories and it will work out. emoticon

    What a WONDERFUL attitude...as you can see you are making it happen one step at a time...just keep moving keep being motivated you will see under 200lbs in no time i'm rooting for you all the way!
