Reality is gazing me in the eyes. So as many of my Sparks friends can tell I have not been as active as I usually am not only on the site but also physically I must add. And I will not use this blog to complain because I have no one to blame but myself and the lack thereof. So what can I say well the scale tells it all; over the last 3 months or so I have been dieting but dieting will not do it along because my scale is up 10 pounds a whole 10 pounds that took a lot of hard work and dedication to get off to beginning with.

I am proud to say that I am getting back on track actively with the site and physically with the exercise and hoping to make this wrong a right. This week I have managed to exercise 4 out of 5 days this week so far and best believe I can feel the difference…that is pain I must add. But like they say on pain no gain so I will have to tough it up and keep moving. I am just happy that I am in the process of getting back on track with this new job/schedule so I hope it pays off better yet I know it will pay off as long as I keep with it.

    We all will come across a time where we will fall off the band wagon, but what's most important is that we jump back on and go for the ride. You will be successful in this journey, so stay focused and keep your eye on your goal. I look forward to watching your progress. Let's do this!

    We all have been in that boat girl. This is a winning battle, so keep pushing on. I gained 7 lbs back over the holidays. It happens. We don't want it to, but it does, and we can do is get up...dust ourselves off and keep miving forward.

    It is ok you went off course for a little while. As long as you realize why you did it and get back up and keep going. It is all that matters. emoticon On working out four out of five days. Keep up the good work!!! Congrats on the new job! I wish the best of luck with it. emoticon

    A slip up every now and then is a part of life. We are not perfect and cannot do the right thing all the time. Keep trying girl!! You've done it before. You can do it again!!!

    Sorry to hear that. We all fall of the wagon but we get right back on. It takes a lot to do what we are trying to do but we have to keep on moving even if we have to begin again. You can do it and I know you will. emoticon emoticon
