P90X Week Two Day 4

OK, life got in the way today and I never found the time for Yoga X. My plan for tomorrow is to do it and Legs and Back. Ugh, I just realized that also includes Ab Ripper X. Sounds like I've got my work cut out for me tomorrow. Can I do it? Hmmmm.... I'm not sure, but I'll give it my best shot. I'm really annoyed that I'm off schedule.

    Wow Tammy, that would be an awful lot to tackle in one day! You know me- I'd blow off the yog-ugh for this week and just do the legs, back, and abs. Don't let getting off schedule get you totally off track. Do your best and forget the rest!

    I could see how you could not find time for yoga x..its awfull...just throw some extra cardio in there..and remember what tony says...do your best..and forget the rest...You motivate me everyday.
